Melissa has been a professional tax preparer since 2021. She is currently in her third year as a remote preparer for John H. Funk Tax Service. Melissa brings over 20 years of valuable experience in banking, finance, and customer relations to her role. She values the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in the industry and further develop her expertise. Outside of tax season, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family at their sporting events or practicing hot yoga.

Rick is an experienced and registered tax accountant. Rick has studied at Eastern University, Lehigh County Community College and Muhlenberg College. He has been doing taxes both personal and small business for 30 years. His professional life also included independently owning and managing his antique business for which has proved profitable the past twenty years. Rick is married, currently lives in Whitehall, the proud father of two children, and grandfather of two. Rick is happy to be part of the John Funk Tax Service and looking forward to serving you.
- John, known as 'J' in our business has been working in the tax business for the past 24 years. He has his Degree from Kutztown University. He strongly believes in helping people to receive and understand as much information about their tax preparation as is possible. His service to others is friendly and caring. We appreciate his unique ability to remember almost all of our customers names over the years.

John has been an Accountant (Accounting Degree from DeSales University) for 65+ years. His background has been in various managerial positions with Fortune 500 Companies. John has been involved with Income Tax preparation for 65+ years. Experience, reliability, accuracy, and a love of serving and helping others is John's accounting philosophy.
